Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use Yourself Again products (the "Products") at yourselfagainclub.com. The Products are sold by IP Recrutu, Baimuratova 14, Lesozavod, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to these terms.

Who you buy from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your payment: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

What you get

All Products are digital. Depending on what you buy, that means downloadable PDF guides and printable pages (for example the Yourself Again Starter Kit, the Window Meal Plan, The 7 Add-ons, The Supplement Consensus and The Short List) and, for the 30-Day Vitality Challenge, one email a day for 30 days. Nothing is shipped.

Right after you pay we email you a personal library link where you can download everything you bought, and the thank-you page shows the same link. Keep it private: it works without a password. If a link is shared publicly we may reset it and send you a new one.

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, shown before you pay. Paddle may add local sales tax or VAT at checkout. There are no subscriptions. Offers shown after your first purchase are optional, and nothing is charged unless you confirm it in the checkout.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Products for yourself. You may print them for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them, or use them to train or build other products.

Health information

The Products are educational and are not medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace your doctor. Talk to your doctor before changing how or when you eat, how you exercise, or what supplements you take, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take any medicine, are underweight, have a history of eating disorders, or have a medical condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain. Individual results vary.

Parts of the Products summarise what people reported in online health communities. Those are people's own experiences, not proof that something works or is safe for you.

Supplements. The Supplement Consensus and The Short List are education about supplements, not a recommendation to take any. We do not sell supplements, name brands or earn anything from any product mentioned. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start, stop or change any supplement.

Emails

We email you what you bought and, if you bought the 30-Day Vitality Challenge, one email a day for 30 days. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, any remaining Challenge emails stop; your library link keeps working.

Refunds

Every Product has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Products is limited to the amount you paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without taking away any protection the consumer laws of your own country give you.
