This policy explains what personal data IP Recrutu, Baimuratova 14, Lesozavod, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan ("we") collects when you visit yourselfagainclub.com or buy Yourself Again products, what we do with it, and your choices. We are the controller of this data.
What we collect
- When you start a checkout: your first name and email address, which sales page you were on, your country (from your connection) and your time zone (from your browser).
- When you buy: your name, email address, the products you bought and the amount. Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.
- When you ask for the free top 10 list: your email address, the page you were on, your country and your time zone.
- Emails you send us, including replies to our emails.
- Basic technical data: pages visited, browser type and IP address in our hosting provider's logs.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought: your library link, downloads and order emails (to perform our contract with you).
- To send the emails that are part of a product you bought, such as the 30-Day Challenge, at about 7:00 in your time zone (contract).
- If you start a checkout and don't finish, to send up to two reminders with a link back to your order. If you ask for the free list, to send you that list once by email. We stop both as soon as you buy or unsubscribe (legitimate interest, or consent where the law requires it).
- To answer support requests and process refunds (contract and legitimate interest).
- To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com: payments, tax, invoicing and refunds, as merchant of record.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, stores our customer and order records, sends our emails and receives the emails you send us.
Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at the moment. Your browser may store small settings for the site to work, and Paddle uses cookies inside its checkout. If we add advertising measurement later, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a do-not-email list, so we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@yourselfagainclub.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. Our Products are not meant for anyone under 18.
